How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Click the “My Account” link on the top navigation bar our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the “Change quantities / cancel orders” link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
Click the “My Account” link on the top navigation bar our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
Click the “My Account” link on the top navigation bar our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of “delivered”, please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
Click the “My Account” link on the top navigation bar our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. For example, some packages like the Colloid Master Mega kit, ships in two separate packages. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of “delivered”, please contact customer service for assistance.
Our shipping center has a rigorous system of checks to assure that every order ships complete. If you mean that something is missing/broken due to shipping that is primarily a shipping insurance issue. if you are concerned that there is an irregularity or problem with your order please contact customer support for assistance.
When will my back-order arrive?
Back-ordered items rarely to never occur due to product availability circumstances beyond our control, such as unusual demand, or other unforeseen circumstances. Our policy is to not process orders that cannot be shipped immediately, meaning we notify you and refund or cancel charges for such orders. We will also notify you of approximate dates of expected availability of such items and provide you with the option to complete the order when we are again able to ship the item to you.
