How do I create an account?
- Click the “My Account” link on the top navigation bar of our site.
- Enter your email address.
- Select “I am a new customer”.
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
Click the “My Account” link on the top navigation bar of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
Shipping can be calculated by zip code once an item is added to the cart. Each time an item is added to the cart this feature is presented, or it is available from the view cart display which is always visible on the left of the web store once an item has been added. Shipping calculations can only be viewed once an item is added to the cart. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
Click the “My Account” link on the top navigation bar of our site. Under the login box you’ll see a link that says “Forgot your password? Click here”. That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
All returns and exchanges must be received within 21 days from ship date after following the steps below and reading our Shipping Repair & Return Policies. Please have your items shipped with tracking to ensure receipt.
Before sending item(s) back please:
Email our return specialists or call us at 423.617-0440 for your RMA#
Use ONLY the return address given when calling or emailing our return specialists.
Be sure to write the RMA on the original packing slip and include it with the return/Exchange
Each returned and/or exchanged item must have the warranty tamper-proof seal intact, be unused, and come in their original packaging for credit.

I have a problem with the order I received.
Our shipping center follows very strict checks when completing an order, however, if you feel that you have received your package and are concerned that there is a problem with the order, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. 423-617-0440
What is your return policy?
All returns and exchanges must be received within 21 days from ship date. Please have your items shipped with tracking or a delivery confirmation number by the USPS to ensure receipt. Each returned and/or exchanged item must have their tags/tamper evidence intact and attached, be unused, and come in their original polybag for credit.

When will my order ship?
You will receive an initial order confirmation email which can be used for confirmation/tracking information. Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the “My Account” link on the top navigation bar of our site to track the status of your order IF you have registered and created an account when ordering. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
